A person in Luton is not looking for a Bedford tradesperson, unless you travel there. Google works the same way. A page that only says “Bedfordshire” is hard to match to a search for one town.
Name the towns you cover. If you cover the county, say that in plain words and list the main towns. If you cover two towns, name those two. I will not add a town you never visit.
Pages that match the work
Give each main service its own page when people search for it on its own. A regular clean and an end-of-tenancy clean can share a page if they are one offer. Split them if customers look them up as different jobs.
I write the pages in short sentences. I set the titles, headings, and contact details so a person and a search engine can both follow them.
